1. About Our Products All jewelry sold in this store is handcrafted using genuine natural materials, including real snake vertebrae, natural stones, and handmade glass beads. Every piece is one of a kind. Natural variation in color, shape, size, and texture is inherent to handcrafted goods and is not considered a defect. Product photos are representative — your item will be similar but not identical.
2. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to make purchases online and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
4. Processing & Shipping Orders require 3–5 business days of processing time before dispatch. International shipping typically takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time may vary due to customs processing and local postal conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that importing products containing natural animal materials is permitted in their country.
6. Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exchanges may be accepted within 5 business days of delivery for quality issues only. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
7. Legal & Ethical Sourcing All animal materials used in our products are legally and ethically sourced and comply with applicable wildlife protection laws and CITES regulations. None of our products contain materials from endangered or protected species.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this store — including product photos, descriptions, designs, and branding — is the original property of this store and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
