Handcrafted to Order Every piece in our collection is handcrafted by hand using real natural materials. Because each item is made individually, we require a preparation period before your order ships.
Order Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, crafted, and quality-checked before it is dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been sent.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Once dispatched, international orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control
- Customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
