Return & Exchange Policy

All Items Are Handcrafted & One of a Kind Every piece in our collection is handcrafted using real natural materials — including genuine snake vertebrae, natural stones, and handmade glass beads. Because each item is made by hand, no two pieces are ever identical. Natural variation in bone shape, stone color, bead pattern, and overall appearance is inherent to the craft and is not considered a defect.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your item will differ slightly from product photos due to the handcrafted, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece.

No Returns or Refunds Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed or delivered.

Exchange Policy We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. If there is a quality issue with your item, we accept exchange requests within 5 business days of the date you receive your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

Please note: natural variation in materials (bone shape, stone veining, glass pattern, bead color) is not considered a quality issue and does not qualify for exchange.
